About the Role

HCLTech is looking for a highly skilled Technical Help Desk Expert to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients, focusing on mobility-related applications, desktop systems, and general IT services.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with troubleshooting various technical issues, including Outlook, VPN, Citrix, and VDI-related problems. They should also possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with international customers and maintain high-quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality technical support to clients via phone, email, or chat
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues related to mobility applications, desktop systems, and general IT services
  • Work closely with the L1 team to ensure efficient issue resolution and meet SLAs
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex technical issues
  • Update worklogs and follow shift for escalation processes and compliance
