Job Summary

This role is a strategic opportunity to serve as the right-hand partner to the organization's leader, driving operational excellence and executing high-priority projects.

The successful candidate will possess exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a strong ability to manage multiple priorities and work across functions simultaneously.

  • Work closely with the leader on key initiatives, decision-making, and project execution.
  • Coordinate and align goals, timelines, and deliverables across multiple business units.
  • Develop and implement event planning, stakeholder management, and market research strategies.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and briefs for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure seamless communication and follow-through across teams.
  • Monitor KPIs and drive operational excellence in day-to-day activities.
  • Pursue business development, partnerships, and relationship management opportunities.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Management, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in strategy or startup roles.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven project management skills, including events and large-scale initiatives.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with adaptability, resilience, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • High proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace, with familiarity with tools like Notion, Trello, or Asana.
