
Global Meeting Setter Lead

We are seeking a results-driven leader to head our global team of meeting setters focused on scheduling qualified meetings with US-based prospects.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in cold calling, lead qualification, and meeting setting for US-based clients, as well as experience in team leadership or management roles in appointment setting functions.
The selected individual will be responsible for developing strategies to improve conversion and appointment rates, monitoring team KPIs, and ensuring performance targets are met or exceeded.
- Develop and implement effective outreach strategies to target the US market.
- Lead and manage a team of meeting setters to achieve high-quality meeting pipelines for sales teams.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to align outreach efforts and optimize campaign success.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in global meeting setting, with a strong focus on cold calling for US-based clients.
- 2+ years in a team leadership or management role in an appointment setting function.
- Proven track record in digital marketing solutions sales outreach.
- Strong command of English with exceptional communication, negotiation, and persuasive skills.
- Hands-on experience using CRM, dialers, and lead tracking tools.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to optimize team performance and lead quality.
