We are looking for a Demand Planner to join our global team. The role is key to driving accurate demand forecasting, optimized inventory and seamless supply chain execution.

This position is a key contributor to our Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Operations to ensure demand plans support our strategic business goals.

The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills and proficiency in forecasting tools and ERP systems. They will be responsible for building and maintaining accurate demand forecasts using statistical models, historical data and market insights.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain or Operations, preferably in manufacturing or electronics. A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business or related field is also required.

The following are the key responsibilities of the role:

  • Build and maintain accurate demand forecasts using statistical models, historical data and market insights
  • Lead monthly forecast review meetings and drive consensus across business functions
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align supply and demand
  • Monitor and analyze forecast accuracy, identify root causes for variances and drive continuous improvement
  • Manage supply planning activities to ensure product availability while minimizing excess inventory
  • Leverage ERP and planning tools to create data-driven, actionable plans
