We're seeking a seasoned financial professional to lead our team in India. As an FP&A Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis for various teams within our organization.

Job Description
  • We are looking for an experienced professional to join our team as an FP&A Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and experience working in a COE or shared services environment.
  • The successful candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage global stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • This role requires someone who is proficient in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting, as well as expertise in ERP systems and BI tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for GTM teams supported by the India COE.
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders to provide actionable insights that drive business performance.
  • Manage the preparation and delivery of accurate financial reports and dashboards.
  • Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 9+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis or related roles.
  • Experience in a COE or shared services environment is preferred.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • CA, MBA, CPA, or CFA is a plus.
Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Expertise in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Knowledge of automation tools and process improvement methodologies.
Soft Skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Effective leadership and team management skills.
