Minimum Qualifications:

We're looking for a highly skilled Business Finance/FP&A professional with 5+ years of experience, preferably focused on the technology sector or start-ups. You should hold a CA/MBA finance degree and possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Create annual budgets and build comprehensive financial models to inform business decisions.
  • Monitor targets and adjust course against plan vs actual performance.
  • Publish regular management information systems (MIS) and dashboards for leadership and management teams.
  • Deliver deep revenue analytics and insights to inform strategic business decisions.
  • Perform periodic data reconciliation between internal and insurer data.
  • Analyze cost KPIs and monitor key metrics to optimize efficiency.
  • Manage multiple stakeholders and support metrics reporting for relevant processes.
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong data gathering and manipulation skills using tools like Excel and Google Spreadsheets.
  • Ability to develop strong partnerships with business leaders.
  • Excellent business acumen, curiosity, agility, and problem-solving skills.
  • Superb communication skills, including written and verbal expertise.
  • Deep expertise in Excel, Google Spreadsheet, presentations, and financial models.
  • Prior experience in business-facing roles will be an added advantage.
