Finance Business Partner

This position specializes in financial and operational analysis, engineering detailed reports, and providing meaningful insights to key business leaders.

  • The analyst will partner with global finance teams, operations, and high-level management to steer the business and monitor progress.
  • The analyst will not only solve problems but also summarize and articulate results to management. This requires painting a clear picture of what is happening through insightful analysis.
  • Understanding industry trends and our business strategy is essential for success in this role. Our work directly influences execution and achievement of strategies.
  • Strong critical thinking skills are necessary for navigating complex projects in an entrepreneurial environment. Adaptability is key as demands frequently change.
  • Logical reasoning skills are crucial for working with advanced models and techniques in Excel.

This position involves preparing and managing data analytics on operational metrics, building analytical models on key operating measures, and working closely with leadership to formulate medium- to long-term financial and strategic plans. Other responsibilities include:

  • Working with Business Unit heads to build annual budgets and forecasts
  • Producing models to project long-term growth and identify impacting business factors
  • Analyzing financial and operational results to understand company performance better
  • Utilizing existing tools to deliver insightful information about business performance
  • Communicating to senior management the reasons behind product/department performance and results
  • Providing detailed analysis and commentary on cost center results
  • Reviewing operations and recommending new productivity or cost-saving initiatives
  • Preparing regional performance reviews in cooperation with the USA onshore finance team
Requirements

Key qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce or MBA Finance
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
  • Knowledge of Randstad operations and systems is advantageous
