Job Overview

This is a full-time remote position for an Accounting Analyst responsible for managing financial data, analyzing financial statements, supporting daily financial operations, and ensuring accurate billing processes.

  • Prepare, review, and process client invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Prepares, reviews, and uploads payroll information for processing.
  • Assist with bookkeeping and maintaining up-to-date financial records.
  • Manage payroll processing and ensure compliance with relevant laws and company policies.
  • Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with sales, account management, and customer support teams to ensure billing accuracy and resolve customer inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Data Management: Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial data, including invoicing, payroll processing, and bookkeeping.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial statements to identify trends, optimize processes, and improve financial performance.
  • Operational Support: Provide daily operational support to ensure smooth financial operations and minimize disruptions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar accounting or financial analysis role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
