About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Financial Leader to spearhead our finance operations and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Financial Strategies: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute financial strategies aligned with our business objectives.
  • Lead Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Provide strategic insights to support decision-making, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Manage Cash Flow & Working Capital: Oversee cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning, fund allocation, and risk management to ensure optimal financial health.
  • Establish Financial Controls & Governance: Implement financial controls, policies, and compliance frameworks to maintain transparency and accountability.
  • Lead Financial Reporting & Audits: Manage financial reporting, audits, and month-end closures to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA in Finance: Proven expertise in financial modeling, investor relations, and financial analysis.
  • Leadership Experience: 4-6 years of experience in financial leadership roles, with a proven track record of driving business growth and improvement.
  • Strong Communication & Leadership Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a high-performing team.
