Visual Creative Specialist

We are seeking an exceptional Visual Creative Specialist to join our team.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that effectively communicate our brand message across various platforms.

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of hands-on experience in graphic design, illustration, editing, and visual communication. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effects, InDesign, etc.), as well as tools like Canva is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Create high-quality 2D vector illustrations for digital and print media.
  2. Develop creative concepts, mood boards, and storyboards for branding, marketing, and website design.
  3. Work closely with web developers to create visually engaging website designs.
  4. Ensure UI/UX consistency across digital platforms by integrating design best practices.
  5. Presentation and explanation of creative concepts visually and through PowerPoint presentations.
  6. Development of branding materials, social media assets, infographics, and marketing collateral.
  7. Conduct research to stay ahead of design trends, industry standards, and competitor strategies.
  8. Experiment with new tools and techniques to enhance creative output.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience in graphic design, illustration, editing, and visual communication.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and tools like Canva.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing work in vector design, branding, UI/UX, and marketing materials.
  • Experience with moodboard creation and creative storytelling.
  • Ability to translate complex ideas into visually engaging designs.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially when working with cross-functional teams.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience with motion graphics, animation, or 3D modeling.
  • Experience in brand strategy and visual identity development.
  • Understanding of HTML, CSS, or WordPress for web design collaboration.
