Overview:

The role requires a seasoned leader to drive business operations and ensure expansion while adhering to company policies.

  • Growth & Sales Management:
  • Drive sales targets and revenue growth for the branch.
  • Develop and manage distributor, dealer, and channel partner networks.
  • Implement pricing and incentive policies strictly.
  • Identify new business opportunities and institutional sales.
  • Branch Operations & Administration:
  • Manage day-to-day branch operations including billing, collections, stock, and logistics.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, financial discipline, and reporting.
  • Maintain branch profitability and cost efficiency.
  • Team Leadership & Development:
  • Lead, motivate, and monitor the branch team.
  • Train team members on products and sales processes.
  • Set performance targets and evaluate staff on defined KPIs.
  • Customer Engagement:
  • Strengthen relationships with key distributors and clients.
  • Address customer queries and ensure timely resolution.
  • Conduct market research and provide insights to management.
  • Compliance & Reporting:
  • Ensure all transactions follow company frameworks.
  • Prepare and present MIS reports and sales forecasts.
  • Coordinate with Head Office for approvals and support.

  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Proven track record in sales and business development.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Financial acumen with experience in branch P&L management.
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver results.
Qualification & Experience">
  • Graduate or MBA in Business Administration, Sales, or related field.
  • Minimum 7–10 years of experience in Sales/Branch Management.
  • Experience in biometric devices, IT hardware, security systems, or B2B distribution will be an advantage.
