
Business Expansion Manager

Overview:
The role requires a seasoned leader to drive business operations and ensure expansion while adhering to company policies.
- Growth & Sales Management:
- Drive sales targets and revenue growth for the branch.
- Develop and manage distributor, dealer, and channel partner networks.
- Implement pricing and incentive policies strictly.
- Identify new business opportunities and institutional sales.
- Branch Operations & Administration:
- Manage day-to-day branch operations including billing, collections, stock, and logistics.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, financial discipline, and reporting.
- Maintain branch profitability and cost efficiency.
- Team Leadership & Development:
- Lead, motivate, and monitor the branch team.
- Train team members on products and sales processes.
- Set performance targets and evaluate staff on defined KPIs.
- Customer Engagement:
- Strengthen relationships with key distributors and clients.
- Address customer queries and ensure timely resolution.
- Conduct market research and provide insights to management.
- Compliance & Reporting:
- Ensure all transactions follow company frameworks.
- Prepare and present MIS reports and sales forecasts.
- Coordinate with Head Office for approvals and support.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Proven track record in sales and business development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Financial acumen with experience in branch P&L management.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver results.
- Graduate or MBA in Business Administration, Sales, or related field.
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in Sales/Branch Management.
- Experience in biometric devices, IT hardware, security systems, or B2B distribution will be an advantage.
