
Australian Voice Call Center Expert

Job Overview
The primary objective of this role is to serve as the single point of contact for issue resolution and customer communication via calls and emails throughout the order delivery lifecycle.
This position involves effective coordination with Australian customer/stakeholders and fiber order management.
Key responsibilities include:
- Servicing as the main liaison between customers and our organization, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Performing accurate feasibility checks and product selection using client tools, ensuring adherence to client standards and guidelines throughout the qualification process.
- Maintaining end-to-end visibility of order status, ensuring seamless communication with stakeholders.
- Engaging internal and external stakeholders, providing clear, concise, and timely updates.
- Ensuring 100% quality and KPI compliance for all deliverables, generating daily dashboards on order status and updating customers as per agreed processes.
Requirements
Essential Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess excellent English communication skills, including experience handling international customer calls, with strong written communication abilities. A minimum of 1+ years of experience in international call center operations (Australian English) is required. Order management knowledge is preferred.
