As a Senior Cisco UCCE CVP Engineer P4 Level, you will design and implement robust Cisco UCCE and CVP architectures for scalable and high-performing contact center solutions. You will lead the installation, configuration, and deployment of UCCE and CVP components, integrate them with third-party applications, and develop, update, and troubleshoot CVP VXML applications and ICM scripts.

You will also monitor system health, performance metrics, and call flows, proactively identify bottlenecks and capacity issues, and optimize system performance. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and organizational standards, and maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, topologies, change management records, and knowledge base articles.

This role requires a strong technical leader who is proactive in identifying and implementing technical solutions, fostering knowledge sharing and innovation. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be comfortable with change, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
