Job Description: We are seeking a Marketing Visual Strategist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have working knowledge of design software's such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects, etc. They will collaborate with the marketing team and design team to create engaging campaign posts, social media, and offline marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver high-quality visual assets for Facebook and WhatsApp campaigns
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the business, target audience, and marketing objectives
  • Edit and produce high-quality videos for promotional, marketing, and social media use
  • Work closely with the creative team, copywriters, and project managers to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution
  • Maintain consistency in design, ensuring all materials align with Turno's brand identity and messaging
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies, and platform-specific requirements
  • Meet project deadlines, deliver high-quality work, and maintain a high level of client satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in graphic design and video editing, with a focus on digital platform and social media advertising
  • Graphic design and Video editing experience is mandatory
  • Experience with motion graphics, animation, or video editing
  • Proven experience in creating effective and engaging creatives for Facebook and WhatsApp campaigns
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and composition
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
