Business Development Professional

Job Summary: Drive new business acquisition in the enterprise learning and CRM technology space as a Business Development Professional – L&D Solutions / CRM.

This high-ownership role focuses on selling learning enablement platforms and CRM solutions to mid-to-large enterprises.

  • Acquire new enterprise accounts by selling L&D and CRM solutions to clients across industries
  • Identify and engage key decision-makers such as L&D Heads, HR Heads, Sales Enablement Leaders, and Business Heads
  • Understand customer needs and run consultative, solution-led sales cycles
  • Deliver tailored demos and proposals aligned to customer-specific business and learning goals
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline through proactive outbound prospecting, referrals, and targeted campaigns

The ideal candidate must have prior experience selling L&D solutions and demonstrate a strong ability to engage with HR, L&D, and Business stakeholders. You will lead the sales process end-to-end—from prospecting to closing—while positioning our value in improving employee capability, sales effectiveness, and digital learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell learning enablement platforms and CRM solutions to mid-to-large enterprises
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive new business acquisition
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Run consultative, solution-led sales cycles to meet customer needs
