You will contribute to customer engagements, assisting in the design and deployment of our security solutions. You will act as a technical contributor, providing input and guidance around complex systems to secure the customers environment.

Your Impact:

  • Design and implement custom security policies and application signatures for unique client environments
  • Consult and guide customers on security best practices and methodologies
  • Analyze logs and events from the solution and provide threat analysis reports
  • Maintain the implemented solution and provide mentorship on code upgrades and new technology developments
  • Work with sales account teams to formulate a technical strategy to address customer business needs
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

Technical Skills:

  • Extensive knowledge of firewall and IDS/IPS solutions in large environments
  • Proficiency in document creation and technical writing
  • Strong understanding of Internet protocols and applications
  • Experience with installation, configuration, and operation of Palo Alto Networks products

Qualifications:

  • A 4-Year Engineering Degree or equivalent education/training/experience
  • Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience with firewall and IDS/IPS solutions in large environments
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the installation, configuration, and operation of Palo Alto Networks products
