Dynamics 365 Consultant

We are seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 consultant to join our team. As a seasoned professional in this field, you will play a pivotal role in designing and developing cutting-edge solutions that enhance our clients' business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement new solutions using Dynamics 365 online, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  2. Build, deploy, and maintain C#/.NET plugins, particularly Azure-aware plugins, to streamline workflow processes.
  3. Implement JavaScript/jQuery customizations for form logic, UI enhancements, and client-side integrations to improve user experience.
  4. Design and develop Power Automate flows that automate and orchestrate complex business processes.
  5. Integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems and vendors using third-party APIs, promoting data consistency and accuracy.
  6. Maintain CRM best practices through solution design, vendor integrations, version control, testing, and deployment, ensuring scalability and upgradability.
  7. Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot complex issues, provide technical mentorship, and share expertise.

Required Skills:

  • Dynamics 365 (online) configuration and customized development experience of at least 5 years.
  • C#/.NET plugin development experience, including Azure-aware plugins, of at least 3 years.
  • JavaScript/jQuery customization experience within D365 CE of at least 5 years.
  • Power Automate flows implementation and maintenance experience of at least 3 years.
  • Azure services/components and Plugins integrated with Azure experience of at least 3 years.
  • API integration with third-party systems experience of at least 3 years.
  • Proficiency in Azure DevOps, GIT, and automation/tooling for version control and deployments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and collaborative mindset.

Desirable Skills:

  • Microsoft certifications such as Dynamics 365 Developer Associate or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of Dynamics 365 ecosystem tools like Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI).
