Technical Patent Specialist

Job Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to take on the responsibility of drafting patent applications, delivering prosecution projects, and providing training to team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft patent applications for inventions in the field of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT).
- Deliver prosecution projects, including formulating response strategies for office actions and drafting complete responses.
- Draft provisional specifications and complete patent applications that conform to US and EP patent legal and procedural standards.
- Provide training and mentorship to team members on technical areas and draft/prosecution work.
- Apply process knowledge to produce high-quality results in assigned tasks.
- Perform multiple tasks independently and create processes for client deliverables, talent development, etc.
- Analyze and solve problems using available tools.
- Participate in the hiring process and lead team members in specialized technical assignments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering/technology from a reputable institution.
- Excellent domain knowledge in ICT.
- 4+ years of experience in patent drafting and/or prosecution with at least two years of experience in patent drafting for US jurisdiction.
