Senior Frontend Developer Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Frontend Developer to lead our engineering team and drive the development of high-performance, scalable, and visually compelling web applications. As a key member of our team, you will take ownership of complex projects, architect front-end solutions, and mentor junior and mid-level engineers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead 2–3 concurrent technical projects
  • Work closely with clients to gather requirements and translate them into clear tasks for the engineering team
  • Manage cross-functional teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of professional experience in front-end development
  • Expert-level proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3
  • Expertise in React.js and state management libraries (Redux, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with Tailwind CSS and component-driven UI development
  • Solid understanding of design systems, UI/UX principles, accessibility, and responsive design

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with CI/CD, Git workflows, Agile methodologies
  • Knowledge of performance optimization techniques and modern build tools (Webpack, Vite, Babel)
  • Experience on server-side web technologies such as NodeJS/ PostgreSQL/ MongoDB
