About the Role
We seek an experienced Technical Program Manager to drive complex, cross-functional initiatives from planning to execution. The ideal candidate will combine program management expertise with technical depth to effectively collaborate with engineering teams, product managers, and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Cross-Functional Teams
- Translate business requirements into clear technical deliverables and execution plans.
- Partner with engineering leads to define scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Identify risks, manage dependencies, and proactively resolve blockers.
- Drive alignment across product, design, QA, and infrastructure teams.
- Establish and maintain program documentation, dashboards, and progress tracking.
- Ensure engineering excellence, scalability, and quality in deliverables.
- Communicate status updates, risks, and trade-offs effectively to leadership and stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, Engineering Manager, or related role.
- Strong technical foundation in software engineering (experience with backend/frontend systems, APIs, cloud, or distributed systems preferred).
- Proven track record of delivering complex engineering programs at scale.
- Solid understanding of Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to influence without authority and drive decision-making in cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a structured and detail-oriented approach.
