Job Description:

Role Overview

This Senior Financial Planning Analyst will drive the financial planning, forecasting, and analytical processes for our organization. They will play a critical part in supporting strategic initiatives and providing actionable insights to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models to support business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather inputs and ensure accurate financial projections.
  • Provide regular reporting and variance analysis to stakeholders.
  • Support scenario planning, risk analysis, and sensitivity modeling to evaluate business opportunities.
Requirements:

We are seeking a highly skilled FP&A professional with 4-6 years of relevant experience and a Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience with ERP systems and BI tools.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of Ind AS, IGAAP, and US GAAP is preferred.

  • Experience with Microsoft Navision, SAP, or similar ERP systems.
  • Knowledge of financial reporting tools like Hyperion Planning and Power BI.
