**Job Title:**

Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to lead strategic financial planning initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of financial systems and analytical skills, with the ability to provide insightful financial analysis and recommendations to support business decisions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for tracking entity profitability, developing annual operating plans, and scenario modeling. They will also create and present comprehensive financial analyses, including annual budgets and quarterly/monthly forecast variances.

This role requires strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a similar role and possess excellent numerical abilities.

In addition to these responsibilities, the Financial Planning and Analysis Manager will participate in special projects, such as identifying cost optimization opportunities, business valuations, and equity fund raises. They will also develop, maintain, and review financial models and analyses.
