
Customer Service Expert

We are seeking a seasoned technical support professional to join our team as a Help Desk Support Specialist.
As the first point of contact for users facing issues with technology, software, or services, you will play a critical role in providing end-to-end technical and general support resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Determine the issue, research, and follow-up steps to resolve issues efficiently.
- Provide timely and accurate support via phone calls, chats, and emails.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to troubleshoot complex issues and ensure smooth customer experience.
- Identify and address all issues during regular operations, ensuring timely deliverables.
- Communicate escalations and issues to managers in a professional and timely manner.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Fluency in English is essential, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, including evenings, nights, and weekends.
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills, with a focus on process improvement.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
- Technical support experience, preferably in a customer-facing environment.
Working closely with international telecom carriers and service providers, you will be responsible for resolving requests and incidents raised by customers.
