The Role

We are seeking a dynamic Client Financial Partner to join our inbound business team. In this role, you will engage with discerning inbound clients possessing a net worth of ₹50 lakhs and above. Your primary responsibility will be to educate clients on Dezerv's Portfolio Management Service in Mutual Funds, guiding them to make informed investment choices and converting them into Dezerv clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review client portfolios and provide expert suggestions on alignment with market trends.
  • Interact with high-intent inbound clients to convert them into investing in our portfolio products.
  • Stay updated on market trends and utilize this knowledge in client conversations.
  • Evaluate customer requirements and asset distribution, ensuring a thorough understanding of their financial needs and future wealth management objectives.
  • Showcase Dezerv's portfolio management approach, including fund selection, investment strategies, risk management, and future investments.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage further investments in our products.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate complex topics seamlessly to clients.
  • High ownership and strong stakeholder management skills (both internal and external).
  • Thorough knowledge of financial products like mutual funds, stocks, bonds, and portfolio management services.
  • High ownership on performance and proficiency in MS-Excel.
  • Prior experience in sales, financial services, or banks is preferred.
Education & Certifications
  • MBA in Finance.
  • CA or CFA is preferred.
  • NISM VA and XXIA certificates are required within 30 days of joining.
