As a Client Relationship Executive/Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with our clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

**Responsibilities**

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions and recommendations.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by effectively resolving any issues or concerns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to upsell products and services to clients.
  • Monitor and analyze client usage and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and market conditions relevant to our clients.
  • Prepare and present periodic reports on client engagement and satisfaction.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in client relationship management or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Good knowledge of financial products and services.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
