Customer Service and Sales Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to be the face and voice of a leading car buying and selling platform. As a customer service and sales professional, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences that exceed our customers' expectations.

  • You will work closely with a dynamic and enthusiastic team to provide top-notch support to customers across various touchpoints, including phone, email, chat, and social media.
  • With a passion for customer service and sales, you will be responsible for delighting and amazings customers by providing timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns.
  • As a key member of our team, you will be expected to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Be the primary point of contact for customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues they may have in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction, exceeding expectations and building trust with our valued customers.
  • Work closely with the customer operations team to ensure seamless delivery of cars and completion of paperwork, minimizing hassle for customers.
  • Be willing to learn about the different buy/sell processes in every state and help shape and support the development of customer-facing processes in our business.
Requirements:
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in customer service and sales, preferably in a contact centre or retail environment.
  • A customer-centric approach, prioritizing the needs and expectations of our customers at all times.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
  • Flexibility and willingness to work after hours and weekends based on a rotating roster.
