**Job Overview**
We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the position of Customer Experience Manager. This role involves leading a team of customer service personnel, providing guidance, coaching, and performance oversight to ensure high levels of service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of customer service professionals, focusing on team leadership and management.
- Provide operational oversight, guiding field sales/support activities, business groups, and corporate organization in areas such as sales administration, order fulfillment, and general support administration.
- Develop strategic plans, organize, direct, and control staff necessary to deliver effective solutions, consulting services, and operational controls to defined business areas or processes.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless customer interactions and integrated service delivery.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements within customer service operations to enhance efficiency, quality, and responsiveness.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in managing customer service personnel.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience guiding field sales/support activities and business groups.
- Expertise in sales administration, order fulfillment, and support administration.
- Ability to plan, organize, direct, and control activities and staff to provide solutions and consulting.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
