Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to embed OMS requirements effectively throughout the organization.
  • Establish clear expectations and deliverables for OMS implementation, ensuring seamless integration with existing processes.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance, legislative adherence, and alignment with Group Essentials.
  • Conduct regular audits to verify OMS conformance and intervene promptly when performance or conformance deviates from desired levels.

Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • University degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience.
  • Formal education or training in social management or sustainability is highly desirable.
  • Proven expertise in health, safety, environmental, or sustainability management systems.
