Job Description:">

The role of an In-Store Promoter involves interacting with customers, providing product information, and demonstrating products at retail stores. This position requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the product range, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain knowledge of the company's products, services, and promotions to effectively communicate their value to customers
  • Develop and maintain relationships with store staff to ensure seamless product demonstrations and customer engagement
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Age Limit: 18 years or above
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in marketing, sales, or related field preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse groups
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, stand for long periods, and work in fast-paced retail environment
Benefits:
  • Stipend paid during on-the-job training period: INR 10,000 per month
