Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage overall sales & operations of multiple stores in Jharkhand region.
- Ensure store-wise sales targets are achieved and exceeded.
- Handle employee management guide, motivate and monitor store staff.
- Regular store visits to check sales performance, product display, pricing tags, and merchandising standards.
- Ensure proper implementation of store checklist and compliance with company standards.
- Manage and monitor product knowledge, pricing, and display management across stores.
- Work on sales strategies, promotions and target achievement in coordination with management.
- Provide training & guidance to store staff for better product knowledge and customer handling.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market visits to improve sales effectiveness.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate / MBA (preferred) with 48 years of experience in Retail Electronics / Consumer Durables / FMCG.
- Strong knowledge of electronics products, pricing, and display management.
- Experience in store operations, sales target achievement and manpower handling.
- Excellent leadership, communication and team management skills.
- Ability to travel extensively across Jharkhand.
