Leadership Role in Maintenance Operations

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead plant maintenance operations across all facilities, implementing programs that ensure zero downtime and optimize equipment performance.

This leadership role is responsible for developing and implementing preventive and predictive maintenance plans, establishing a centralized maintenance management system (CMMS) for tracking equipment health and downtime.

The successful candidate will oversee the maintenance of critical equipment, utilities, and infrastructure across multiple plants, conduct periodic inspections, audits, and performance evaluations of plant machinery, and recommend and implement equipment upgrades or replacements to improve efficiency and reliability.

Predictive Maintenance & Technology Adoption:

  • Deploy modern tools such as IoT sensors, vibration analysis, and thermal imaging for predictive maintenance.
  • Collaborate with technology vendors for automation and advanced maintenance solutions.

Vendor Management & Procurement of Spares:

  • Identify, onboard, and manage vendors and suppliers for spare parts, consumables, and maintenance services.
  • Negotiate pricing and contracts to ensure cost efficiency and timely availability of critical components.

Compliance & Safety:

  • Ensure adherence to EHS standards in all maintenance activities.
  • Maintain proper documentation for audits, compliance, and statutory requirements.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years in maintenance leadership roles within FMCG, agri-processing, food/feed manufacturing, or heavy industry.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and utility systems maintenance.
  • Proven experience in sourcing and managing spare parts, consumables, and service vendors.
  • B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering; certification in TPM/Lean Maintenance preferred.
  • Preventive/predictive maintenance, vendor negotiations, ERP/CMMS tools, and cost optimization skills.
