Industrial Equipment Maintenance Specialist

The position of Industrial Equipment Maintenance Specialist is responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of industrial equipment, systems, and facilities.

  • Maintenance of LT/11 KV HT Panels: Oversee the maintenance of Low Tension (LT) and High Tension (HT) Panels including metering and relay systems to ensure reliable and efficient operation.
  • DG Set: Ensure proper maintenance and functionality of Diesel Generator Sets (DG Sets) to provide backup power during outages or emergencies.
  • Air Compressor & HVAC Systems: Handle maintenance of air compressors and HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) systems to maintain a comfortable working environment and optimize energy consumption.
  • Water Systems & Fire Systems: Maintain and monitor water systems, fire pump rooms, and fire systems to ensure efficient operation and prevent potential hazards.
  • ETP Maintenance: Ensure proper functioning of Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP) to minimize environmental impact and comply with regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure all facility equipment and machines are maintained properly and are operating correctly to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Experience in improvement through low-cost automation, in-house repairs, and modifications to enhance equipment efficiency.
  • Experience handling Fire Detection and Firefighting Equipment, including maintenance and operation.
  • Proficiency in managing spares and consumables inventory through SAP.
