Quality Assurance Manager

Job Description:

This is a key leadership role that oversees the entire quality assurance process, ensuring products meet the required standards. The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing quality policies, procedures, and standards that are aligned with industry best practices.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of regulatory requirements, customer specifications, and industry standards. They will lead the QA team to effectively inspect, test, and document processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Leading and managing the QA team for effective inspection, testing, and documentation processes.
  • Overseeing incoming raw material inspection, in-process quality control, and final product verification.
  • Ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and customer specifications.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

They should have a proven track record of improving quality performance and reducing defects. Additionally, they should be familiar with visual color assessment skills to evaluate and differentiate shades, tones, and color variations.

A bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 5 years of experience in a QA Department, preferably in the paint or automobile industry, are preferred.
