Job Title: Business Development Lead

Drive business growth by aggressively promoting retail loan products, retaining customers, and optimizing team productivity to achieve sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales numbers and achieve business objectives for retail loan products and cross-selling through effective strategies.
  • Rretain and expand the customer base for retail loan products by fostering long-term relationships.
  • Maximize sales through a network of relationships to ensure strong business outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain strong client liaisons for repeat business or referrals to enhance sales opportunities.
  • Ensure files are processed efficiently from login stage to disbursement while collaborating with internal departments (Operations and Credit) for completion.
  • Optimize team productivity by effectively managing the team of relationship managers to achieve maximum output.
  • Align with the team on lead generation activities for Sales to drive business growth.
  • Lead and supervise the team for the implementation of the growth agenda through training, motivation, and deployment strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor intelligence to build effective sales and marketing strategies that stay ahead in the market.
  • Provide regular feedback to the central product and policy team on market developments and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
  • Ensure compliance to all regulatory requirements and company policies as per designed systems.
