Key Roles and Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled Bid Manager who will play a pivotal role in securing high-value creative, marketing, and content delivery contracts. You will support the bid lifecycle by researching, strategizing, and crafting compelling proposals that showcase our in-house model, creativity, and business impact.

  • Manage end-to-end bid process from opportunity identification through to final submission, ensuring compliance with all RFP/RFI/Tender requirements.
  • Conduct research to influence new business opportunities and create impact on business proposals.
  • Develop winning strategies that clearly articulate our value proposition, in-house model benefits, Gen AI, and creative capabilities.
  • Collaborate with global and local teams, including creative, client services, production, and technology, to align solutions with client needs.
  • Ability to implement Gen AI in research tasks and day-to-day operations.
  • Craft impactful case studies, storytelling decks, and draft proposals that resonate with senior decision-makers.
  • Maintain a library of high-quality case studies, credentials, and proposal assets to accelerate future bids.
  • Ensure bid governance, quality assurance, and adherence to our brand standards.
  • Track bid performance metrics, analyze win/loss trends, and refine strategies for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years in bid management, proposal writing, or business development within creative agencies, marketing services, or integrated communications.
  • Proven success in winning large-scale, multi-market contracts.
  • Exceptional storytelling, content writing, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with Gen AI, automation tools, MS Office Suite, and familiarity with agency workflows.
  • Understanding of marketing delivery channels (digital, content, social, video production, tech-enabled marketing).
  • Experience with procurement portals.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Prior experience in agency pitch management or marketing procurement will be highly valued.
