Business Growth Strategist Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Business Growth Strategist to enhance business development as per set objectives and ensure quality service to customers through wealth management techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Meet or exceed targets by achieving results over target.
  2. Ensure banking targets are met, focusing on defined income objectives.
  3. Implement base penetration with all relevant products.
  4. Maintain minimum objectives of 1 million per customer from self-base for Relationship Manager (RM) and self & team level for Senior RM.
  5. Achieve minimum % growth in Assets Under Management (AUM) for self-base for RM and self & team level for Senior RM.
  6. Meet client sign-on objectives as defined by RH/BH, including new-to-bank clients.
  7. Focus on converting existing bank clients by offering Private Banking Group services to eligible managed clients.
  8. Ensure Quality of Customer Interactions is updated in the CRM system as per desk requirements.
  9. Adhere to Desk policy of Client Contact Management and Personal Meetings, updating CRM within prescribed timelines.
  10. Benchmark minimum levels of delivery on products around customer needs.
  11. Cultivate strong knowledge in equity and related areas.
  12. Create measures of excellence, setting clear achievable goals aligned with broader objectives of the desk and monitoring plans against current progress.
