Job Overview

As a financial leader, you will oversee key aspects of our organization’s financial management. This includes day-to-day operations such as managing accounts payable/receivable, payroll compliance, and general ledger management.

  • Financial Reporting: You will be responsible for preparing regular financial statements for senior management, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
  • Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow, investments, and forecasting to ensure optimal financial performance.
  • Budgeting: Manage budget processes and support cross-functional departmental planning.

Additionally, you will be responsible for accounting & compliance, including adherence to GAAP and local tax regulations, timely filing of GST returns, and handling audits assessments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • GAAP and Tax Compliance: Ensure adherence to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and local tax regulations.
  • GST Returns: Timely accurate filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, GSTR-9C).
  • Tax Audits: Handle audits assessments, respond within time limits.
  • Income Tax Returns: Timely accurate filing.
  • Statutory Audits: Manage audits, respond within time limits.
  • Transfer Pricing: Strong knowledge of transfer pricing compliance documentation.
  • Ministry of Corporate Affairs: Timely accurate filling of forms returns (MGT-7, AOC-4, DIR-3 KYC).
  • RBI Filings: Timely accurate filling with RBI (FLA return, FC-TRS).
  • FEMA Transactions: Maintain documentation records for all FEMA-related transactions.
  • Audits Coordination: Coordinate internal external audits.
  • Accurate Records: Maintain up-to-date accounting records.
  • Internal Controls: Implement monitor internal controls safeguard company assets.
Qualifications:
  • Degree: Master's degree in Finance Accounting related field.
  • Experience: 10–15 years in financial management accounting.
  • Knowledge: Accounting principles financial regulations reporting standards.
  • Software Proficiency: Financial software (NetSuite Tally etc).
  • Data Analysis: Advanced Excel skills.
