Job Description:

As a Business Banking Professional, you will be responsible for providing strategic financial solutions to meet the needs of business banking customers. Your role will involve developing and maintaining relationships with clients, leveraging your knowledge of liability management, foreign exchange, trade finance, and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire new business banking customers through a detailed understanding of credit assessment and market trends.
  • Develop and manage long-term relationships with clients, identifying their financial requirements and offering tailored solutions.
  • Monitor account activity and renewals to ensure portfolio health and minimal open deferrals and covenants.
  • Collaborate with branch banking teams to drive cross-selling and synergy optimization.
  • Evaluate growth strategies based on competitor analysis, customer feedback, and market research.

Requirements:

  • Graduation in any discipline with a strong foundation in finance or business.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in business banking, preferably in a relationship management role.
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is highly desirable.
