We are seeking an experienced Business Leader to join our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive new business growth and retain key client relationships.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Cross-selling services with existing clients.
  • Providing claims advocacy and servicing expertise.
  • Familiarity with various insurers, their strengths, and weaknesses.
  • Identifying key decision-makers, clients' or prospects' risks, needs, and determining the services that best serve and address client/prospect's issues and objectives.
  • GAP analysis of existing policies, suggesting better terms and negotiating with markets.
  • Retaining and expanding existing client relationships.
  • Developing and maintaining a network within the business community.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Regular engagement with insurance companies.
  • Leadership and team management capabilities.
Requirements
  • Ability to manage and build relationships with internal and external customers, insurance partners, and servicing vendors.
  • Domain knowledge preferred.
  • MBA degree.
  • Technical skills: MS Office – Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • 10-15 years of corporate relationship management experience from a service background.
  • Ability to manage diverse client cultures.
  • Experience in insurance companies/insurance broking.
  • Proven track record of success in sales roles with a focus on driving revenue growth.
  • Understanding of employer market segment and their unique demands.
  • Ability to establish relationships and work collaboratively with teams at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Results-oriented with a strong sense of accountability.
