We seek an accomplished Graphic Design Specialist to spearhead our visual identity and brand campaigns. As a seasoned professional, you will oversee the creative development and execution of various initiatives, ensuring cohesive and innovative outcomes.
About the Role:- Craft visually compelling graphics that embody our brand tone and identity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain brand consistency across marketing, content, product, and e-commerce channels.
- Mentor and guide junior designers, providing expert feedback and art direction.
- Elevate design standards and ensure all output is high-quality, innovative, and on-brand.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
- 4-6 years of experience in graphic design, with at least 1-2 years in a lead/mentorship role.
- A robust portfolio showcasing visual storytelling, campaign design, and branding expertise.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with After Effects.
- Digital design expertise (web, social, email) and knowledge of print production processes.
- An eye for detail, layout, typography, and color.
- Strong multitasking, timeline management, and deadline delivery skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- A creative thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
