This is a full-time position is available at our New Delhi office.

VersionAbsolute Design Studio is a collaborative team of architects, designers, strategists, and design engineers who are engaged with a wide variety of clients on projects of all sizes—from large townships to campus signage systems and product design. As wayfinding consultants, we help our clients make their environments, user friendly. Job Description:

This is a leadership role and the candidate's core responsibilities are as follows:

• Deliver and/or lead multiple, often complex, design projects from concept through to execution, whilst adhering to design briefs, timelines, and budgets. 
• Work with and manage teams internally and externally to develop design briefs & strategies.
• Working with the team to develop graphic communication strategies for:
• Brand Identity & Extension
• Information Design
• Typography
• Cultural Identity & Context
• Ongoing and upcoming User Experience and User Interface (UI/UX) Projects
• Provide design observations and solutions for the above mentioned.
• Work with the graphic design team to produce artworks such as:
• Infographics
• Maps 
• Icons
• Conduct site analyses to understand environmental and user behavior factors.
• Design prototypes, both physical and digital, and be willing to explore graphic materials and processes.
• Be responsible for the status and realization of your design projects including organizing and managing your colleagues and undertaking regular design/project reviews, to meet budget and programme requirements, as well as ensure full compliance with the project requirements and office standards.
• Comply with all relevant office standards and industry professional development attributes, as available, and propose improvements as appropriate.
• Regularly report to the senior management and Directors on the status of your projects to assess their impact upon the overall company resourcing and finances.
• Work on creating a graphic design language for the firm.

Skill(s) required: Adobe creative suite which includes Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe in-Design, User Interface (UI) Development and Wireframing, Adobe Premiere, Figma. 

Skill(s) Good to have: Rhino/grasshopper, CAD, SignAgent.

• Necessary:
• Bachelor's Degree holder of Graphic Design/Communication Design.
• Experience in visual communication design & strategy with a solid understanding of user-centered design and user experience principles.
• Minimum 6 years professional experience in communication design, information design, sign design, wayfinding design, print/digital design, branding & identity design.
• Experience in large scale projects such as townships, airports, healthcare, mixed use & commercial developments.
• Excellent design portfolio.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary team.
• Willing to travel to sites and clients.
• Able to collaborate/manage a team to ensure a quick project turn around.
•  Good to have:
• Master's degree in communication/UI-UX/information design/ urban planning, industrial design along with one's bachelor's degree.
• Are available immediately.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Experience in international projects/teams/design companies
