We're STEM Play Labs , a fast-growing DTC startup in the kids' learning and STEM-toy space. We're looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to shape our brand's visual identity across packaging, print, and digital — bringing playful creativity with a premium edge.
What You'll Own Lead end-to-end design across product packaging, event branding, instruction cards, brochures, and more
Translate our brand story into a cohesive, scalable, and playful visual language
Build visual systems, templates, and guidelines that work across platforms
Mentor and guide junior designers or freelancers
Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to ensure brand consistency and impact
You're Great At Crafting original designs from scratch — not just working off templates
Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) with strong skills in layout, hierarchy, and print production
Creating or working within brand guidelines
Turning abstract concepts into clear, compelling visuals
Bonus Points If You Have experience with DTC brands (kids, lifestyle, or wellness)
Have designed packaging or instructional material for physical products
Can create simple motion graphics or direct a team member who can
