This role oversees the development, implementation and monitoring of training programs to ensure consistent service quality across multiple properties. It partners with hotel leadership teams to identify training needs, create property-specific learning strategies, and equip team members with necessary skills.

The Training Manager will design, develop and deliver core training programs for onboarding, brand standards, guest service, compliance, and operations across all assigned hotels. They must customize training content to reflect each property's needs while maintaining brand alignment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for new hires and existing staff.
  • Develop targeted learning solutions based on business objectives and performance outcomes.
  • Implement blended learning strategies including in-person, virtual, and e-learning formats.
  • Conduct training needs assessments in collaboration with hotel department heads and HR teams.
  • Monitor performance data, guest feedback, and quality audit scores to identify training gaps and improvement areas.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a training role within the hospitality industry.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), e-learning platforms, and instructional design is an asset.
