Pediatrician (Hospital)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Pediatrician to join a hospital team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for treating children with a wide range of health concerns, from minor illnesses to chronic problems. This role requires the ability to conduct thorough examinations, monitor growth and development, and communicate effectively with both patients and their parents or guardians.

Roles and Responsibilities

Patient Care:

- Treat children with minor illnesses, acute and chronic health problems, and growth and development concerns.
- Conduct thorough examinations on newborns and young children to check and record their health and normal physical development.
- Regularly examine children to assess their growth and development.

Communication:

- Explain medical procedures and discuss test results with patients, parents, or guardians.
- Provide clear instructions on prescribed treatments and medication.

Documentation:

- Maintain accurate patient information, including medical history, reports, and examination results.

Skills Required

- Education:MBBS/MD degree is a must.
- Specialization: Experience as an Adolescent medicine specialist, pediatrician, or doctor is required.
- Medical Knowledge: The ability to diagnose and treat a wide range of pediatric health issues.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills to interact with children and their families.
- Record Keeping: A meticulous approach to maintaining patient records.
