  • Manage candidate communications through email or chat, addressing inquiries and resolving issues professionally and empathetically
  • Review candidate-provided documents for completeness and accuracy, communicating clearly if additional information is required
  • Educate candidates on the documentation process, providing guidance and support to ensure they understand requirements
  • Document candidate interactions and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement in the candidate experience
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address candidate needs and enhance overall experiences
  • Create and maintain support documentation to streamline common and recurring questions
  • Assist Candidate Success Managers with tasks such as updating candidate information and informing internal teams of any escalated issues
  • Handle level 1 escalations that require a solid understanding of our documentation and candidate support processes
Key Requirements:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic understanding of customer support and/or candidate management
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
What We Offer:
  • A stipend of INR 21,000 (Gross) per month
  • Professional tax deduction of INR 200 per month
  • Net take-home salary of INR 14,200 per month
  • Post-PGDM CTC ranging from 3.5LPA to 4.5LPA, including benefits

This is a full-time internship opportunity requiring a minimum duration of 9 months. You should be available to work 9 hours a day, Monday-Saturday, with occasional night shifts and Sundays. Your time and hard work will be recognized and rewarded with overtime pay as per company policy.
