About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Performance Marketing Manager to lead our client success and growth initiatives in Noida. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, optimizing digital marketing campaigns, and delivering exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve high performance marketing goals, including campaign development, execution, and optimization.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives, including content creation, social media management, and analytics reporting.
  3. Manage and analyze large-scale digital media spends, ensuring optimal ROI and campaign performance.
  4. Provide thought leadership and mentorship to junior team members, sharing expertise and best practices in performance marketing.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and platform updates, applying knowledge to drive business growth and improve client experiences.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 36 years of experience in digital advertising, performance marketing, and branding, with a proven track record in managing large-scale campaigns and teams.
  • Strong analytical and Excel skills, with the ability to leverage data and analytics to drive business growth and improve campaign performance.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools, with experience in leveraging these technologies to drive business growth and improve client experiences.
  • Relevant education in engineering, media, communications, business administration, journalism, or related fields, with an MBA being a plus.
