Job Summary:
You will be responsible for designing, implementing and evaluating comprehensive learning programs that drive individual growth and organizational capability aligned with business strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage stakeholders & strategic partners: Collaborate with senior business leaders, HR partners, functional SMEs to assess capability gaps & define learning requirements.
- Advocate for L&D as a driver of transformation & change.
- Provide advisory & partner with functions/business on technical learning implementation.
- Design & deploy learning & development solutions that are aligned with organizational needs & enable learning in the flow of work.
- Develop, innovate & implement a diverse high-impact learning portfolio, utilizing a blend of learning methodologies (e.g. eLearning, microlearning, blended learning, instructor-led training, workshops, holistic development journeys).
- Support organizational transformation by developing change capability & resilience across teams.
- Design interventions that facilitate adoption of new processes, tools or culture.
- Establish & adhere to Group Learning Governance, including learning standards, compliance & mandatory learning process.
- Support implementation of skills framework at enterprise-level along with career development proposition, including gigs, mentoring program.
- Evaluate & continuously improve learning programs using metrics, feedback mechanisms & ROI insights.
- Integrate market-leading practices in learning & development to maintain competitive edge.
- Negotiate contracts with external learning partners, platforms & consultants.
- Harness digital learning platforms, learning management systems & data analytics to enhance learner engagement & measure program effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent.
- 5-10+ years relevant work experience in HR, preferably with 5+ years in Learning & Development in reputable organizations.
- Demonstrated experience in L&D strategy implementation, learning needs assessment, content curation & development, instructional design, adult learning, measuring learning effectiveness.
- Proven track record of partnering with senior business leaders on strategic talent development.
- Hands-on experience with LMS platforms, digital learning tools & analytics dashboards.
- Strong project management & communication skills: Ability to influence change, facilitate, build relationships, adapting communication style to meet business/diverse stakeholder needs.
- Ability to work independently & collaboratively in fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Continuous learner with knowledge of current trends & best practices in learning & development.
