Job Title:

Operations Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day activities, manage contracts and suppliers, and ensure services and assets meet service level agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage contracts and suppliers to deliver high-quality employee services
  • Oversee day-to-day activities of contractors onsite
  • Interface with customers to ensure services and assets are operated and maintained according to agreement
  • Supervise projects executed through contractors
  • Represent scope areas in infrastructure projects
  • Manage incident response and communication activities
  • Ensure facilities, procedures, and service programs maintain regulatory compliance
  • Perform regular audits of equipment, fixtures, and systems
  • Work closely with facility occupants to ensure proper maintenance and assign facility assets
  • Inspect building structures, perform analysis and forecasting, and make recommendations for repairs or renovations
  • Monitor site operational budget and strive for efficiency
  • Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategy and communication plan
  • Partner with procurement organization to manage key performance indicators and supplier scorecard metrics
  • Manage capital equipment/space renovation roadmaps
  • Serve as subject matter expert for green field, mergers, and/or acquisitions
  • Provide project management services around site services

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in administration, commerce, or equivalent
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Self-starter with strong initiative and drive to understand changing environment
  • Demonstrated ability to interact and present to stakeholders and cross-functional teams
