Job Description:

  • This role involves delivering practical training in HR and payroll management, focusing on recruitment, compensation, training and development, employee relations, and soft skills development.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in conducting hands-on training sessions using software such as Tally/Excel, and will be able to demonstrate negotiation skills and online attendance and leave management systems.
  • The training will also cover performance management systems, training calendar preparation, and training evaluation.
  • Additionally, the candidate will need to have knowledge of statutory laws, wages, safety, labour, and maternity, as well as be able to conduct mock interviews.
  • The training will be delivered in a practical and interactive manner, with a focus on industry connect and placement assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver practical training in HR and payroll management
