Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT roles across junior, mid-level, and senior levels.
  • Handle bulk hiring as well as senior-level mandates.
  • Source candidates using portals, social platforms, referrals, and databases.
  • Conduct screening, interviews, and candidate evaluation.
  • Ensure minimum 10 confirmed joinings per month.
  • Maintain recruitment reports, MIS, and closure trackers.

Candidate Requirements

  • Location Constraint:

  • This is a Work from Office role in Rohtak.

  • Apply only if you are able to work from our Rohtak office.

  • Experience:

  • Must have Non-IT hiring experience (mandatory).

  • Experience with consulting/recruitment firms is preferred.
  • Exposure to bulk hiring and senior-level hiring required.

  • Candidates with telesales or BPO hiring experience may also apply.

  • Skills:

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.

  • Ability to achieve target-based closures.

  • Target Orientation:

  • 10 joinings per month mandatory.

  • Salary linked to 8X target achievement.
  • As per company policy, salary deductions apply if targets are not met.

Salary & Compensation

  • With consulting/recruitment firm experience: Up to 3 LPA.
  • With telesales/non-recruitment background: Up to 1.8 LPA.
  • Additional incentives based on closures and performance.
